How it works
We operate a pre-booked, fixed-price airport transfer service from Aylesbury and Buckinghamshire. Service policies
- ✓ Fixed price: Every route has a fixed price agreed before travel. There is no meter, no surge pricing and no night surcharge.
- ✓ All fees included: ULEZ, tolls, parking and airport drop-off charges are included in the fare.
- ✓ Licensed drivers: Every journey is driven by a private hire driver licensed by Buckinghamshire Council, DBS-checked, with a council medical and an annual vehicle inspection.
- ✓ Airport pickups: For pickups from the airport, the arriving flight is checked and the pickup time follows the actual landing time. 60 minutes of waiting is included.
- ✓ Airport drop-offs: Flights leaving the airport are not tracked. If your departure time changes, tell us and the pickup time is moved.
- ✓ Driver confirmed: The driver is confirmed the day before and the car arrives 10 minutes before the agreed pickup time.
- ✓ Free cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup.
- ✓ Payment: The fare is paid online when the booking is confirmed, by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No card or booking fees, and nothing to pay the driver on the day.
- ✓ Vehicle: Transfers are in an estate car with room for up to 4 passengers with 3 large and 2 small suitcases. Child seats are available free on request.
- ✓ Hours: Bookings are taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including early morning and late night airport runs.
