Aylesbury Airport Transfers is a booking intermediary. When you submit an enquiry through our website, we pass your details to a licensed private hire operator who confirms your booking directly with you by email.
Cancellations, changes and questions are handled by replying directly to your booking confirmation email. This keeps your booking reference and journey details attached to the conversation.
Cancellations
Up to 12 hours before your flight — free cancellation, no charge. Reply to your booking confirmation email to cancel and a refund is issued as soon as possible.
Less than 12 hours before your flight — contact the operator as soon as you can. Because a driver is already assigned to your journey, a cancellation charge may apply depending on how much notice is given.
Changes to bookings
If your date, time or flight details change, reply to your booking confirmation email and we will rebook the journey for you. If a suitable new slot is not available, a refund is issued instead.
Flight delays and cancellations
Flight delays — your driver monitors the flight in real time and adjusts the pickup time accordingly. No charge applies for airline-caused delays.
Flight cancelled by the airline — reply to your booking confirmation email as soon as you know. We will rebook the journey for your new travel date or issue a refund.
Missed flights — Aylesbury Airport Transfers and the operator accept no responsibility for missed flights. We strongly recommend following our departure timing guide.
Operator cancellations
In the rare event that the operator cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund is issued straight away.
Refunds
Refunds are sent as soon as possible using the same payment method used for the original payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few days to appear in your account.

- Reply directly to your booking confirmation email
- Include your name and travel date if not already in the thread
- We will confirm the cancellation, rebooking or refund back to you
