Just let us know as soon as the change is confirmed, ideally by email or phone, along with the new flight number or time. We track your flight automatically once we have the correct number, so your pickup adjusts to the new schedule at no extra charge.
Do I need to tell you if my airline reschedules my flight?+
Yes, please tell us as soon as you know. Airlines don't notify us directly, so if your flight number changes (not just the time on the same flight) we need the new number to keep tracking it correctly.
What if my outbound flight is delayed and I need a later pickup?+
Tell us the new departure time as soon as you have it and we'll move your pickup to match, provided the driver's schedule allows it. The earlier you let us know, the more flexibility we have.
Is there a fee for changing my flight details?+
There's no fee for simply updating a flight number or time to keep our tracking accurate. If the change significantly alters your pickup time or location, we'll confirm whether it affects the fare before you travel — most in-day time adjustments do not.
What if my flight is diverted to a different airport?+
Contact us as soon as you know, with the new airport and expected arrival time. We'll requote the fare for the new airport, since our fixed prices are set per airport and per route.
