The short answer
- One Way and Return are separate tabs on the booking form — pick whichever fits.
- No requirement to book a return leg.
- Book just the drop-off, just the pickup, or both together.
- You don't need a confirmed return date to book the outbound leg alone.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book a one-way airport transfer, or does it have to be a return?+
One-way is the default and most common booking. Our booking form has a One Way tab and a separate Return tab — you simply choose whichever fits your trip. There's no requirement to book a return leg.
Is a one-way transfer cheaper than booking two separate one-way trips?+
A one-way fare is priced for that single journey. If you need both legs (drop-off and pickup), booking a return at the same time locks in both prices in one go, but there's no obligation to do so — plenty of passengers book one leg with us and arrange the other independently.
Can I book just the drop-off and arrange my own way home?+
Yes. Book a one-way transfer for the outbound leg only. Many passengers do this when a friend or family member is available to collect them on return, or when the return date isn't confirmed yet.
Can I book just the return leg without booking the outbound?+
Yes. Select One Way and enter your airport-to-home details for the return journey — there's no need to have booked the outbound leg with us first.
Do I need to know my return date to book a one-way transfer?+
No. A one-way booking only needs the details for that single journey. You can book the return separately later, once your return date is confirmed.
