About Aylesbury Airport Transfers

Aylesbury Airport Transfers is a booking and information service operated by Aylesbury Airport Transfers of The Gatehouse, Gatehouse Way, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19.

We are an intermediary service. We are not a licensed private hire or private hire operator. We connect passengers with licensed private hire operators registered with Aylesbury Vale District Council.

The contract for your journey is formed directly between you and the licensed private hire operator who accepts your booking. Aylesbury Airport Transfers is not a party to that contract and is not liable for the conduct, performance or failure of the operator.

• An enquiry and booking form that connects passengers with our licensed operator partner
• Communication and coordination between passengers and the operator

What we do not provide

• We do not employ drivers
• We do not own or operate vehicles
• We do not guarantee the availability of any vehicle or driver
• We do not process payments — all payments are made directly to the operator
• We do not act as an agent of the operator for any legal purpose

Booking process

How bookings are made

When you submit an enquiry form on our website, we forward your details to our licensed operator partner. The operator will contact you directly to confirm availability, the exact price and payment arrangements.

A booking is only confirmed when you have received written or verbal confirmation directly from the operator. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Price information

Prices displayed on this website are indicative. The confirmed price for your journey is agreed directly between you and the operator at the time of booking confirmation. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information including the correct pickup address, airport and terminal, accurate flight details and the correct number of passengers.

Aylesbury Airport Transfers and the operator accept no liability for delays, missed flights or additional costs arising from inaccurate information provided by the passenger.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation by the passenger

Cancellation terms are agreed directly between you and the operator at the time of booking. Aylesbury Airport Transfers is not responsible for refunds or cancellation charges. For our recommended cancellation policy, see our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation by the operator

In the unlikely event that the operator cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, they will contact you as soon as possible. Aylesbury Airport Transfers will endeavour to assist in finding an alternative but cannot guarantee a replacement vehicle.

Changes to bookings

Any changes to a confirmed booking must be made directly with the operator using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

Liability

Aylesbury Airport Transfers liability

Aylesbury Airport Transfers acts solely as an information and referral service. We accept no liability for:

• The conduct, performance or failure of any licensed operator or driver
• Any loss, damage, injury or delay arising from or in connection with any journey
• Any loss arising from inaccurate price information on this website
• Any loss arising from a failure of the operator to confirm or fulfil a booking
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Our total liability to you in connection with your use of this website shall not exceed £100.

Force majeure

Neither Aylesbury Airport Transfers nor the operator shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, strikes or acts of government.

However, we cannot guarantee that all information including prices, journey times and airline terminal allocations is current at all times.
